What does it cost to organizers ?

There is no charge to attend events !! 

We will attend most balls and charity events free of charge.

We photograph guests( individuals and groups) and sell prints at the event. There is absolutely no obligation to buy - if your guests like the photographs they can purchase on the night.

How Much Are The Prints?

At most events we charge £10 (3 for £20) 9" x 6" print which  is presented in a mount.  At charity functions - with the agreement of the organisers - we may charge more in order to raise larger sums for the charity.Sports events attract different prices( see our sports event page) 

How can guests pay ?

We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards .

Can we order prints at a later date?

All photographs taken at the event appear on our web site  within 48 hours (password protected if appropriate) . Prints , Reprints and a variety of different products can be ordered securely online. 

What kind of events do you cover ?

We cover all events , from black tie charity balls , school proms , corporate conventions , summer balls right through to sports festivals.

How much space do you need ?

To offer the full digital studio experience we need a space of around 20' by 20' (or larger ) - this enables us to set up a studio environment as well as space for guests to view their images on our dedicated touch screen monitor.

 

Do you offer Charities a commision?
